This introductory training for new clients includes the following:
Full Body 20 Minute EMS Workout (Cardio and/or Strength) for 1 New Client;
Training Suit Fitting;
Consultation on Personal Fitness Goals, History, and EMS Technology;
Setup of Individual Personalized EMS Settings; and
20 Minutes of EMS Workout Relaxation

Reserve a shared EMS session for two active clients using personal dry suits. Each 20 minute workout is customized to your individual goals, delivering efficient full-body training with expert coaching in a shared session.
